Rod Ricciardi was so successful with Pete Ellis that he was soon promoted to the position of General Manager. After nine successful years with the company, Rod decided to branch out on his own, and opened his own successful dealership: Ricciardi Nissan Olds Hyundai.

After a successful stint as the owner of a major dealership, Rod Ricciardi re-entered the dealership management scene, becoming the General Manager of Bessemer Chrysler Jeep Dodge. After two fruitful years with Bessemer, Rod Ricciardi teamed up with Addy’s Harbor Dodge, the company he continues to provide skilled leadership and management to to this day. He has been with Addy’s Harbor Dodge for 13 years, and hopes to continue leading the Addy’s sales and management team to long-term success.
